Right at Home has sold Sydney Beverly Hills, leaving one remaining available greenfields territory in metropolitan Sydney.

Right at Home Sydney Beverly Hills owner and mother of three Yang Shu, first worked for Right at Home as a caregiver at one of the company's Sydney franchise locations. After more than three years working as a caregiver at a handful of providers, Yang felt that with Right at Home’s established network and trust in the community, becoming a Right at Home franchise owner was a good opportunity.

“Right at Home offers a strong foundation for both clients and caregivers and has played an important role in shaping my approach to quality care,” Yang explains.  

“I feel like it's a big family and we support each other as a team and we share the same goal, which is helping people live better lives.

“Home Office provides us with a really, really good platform so we can do our best to support our clients.”

Yang chose to continue her journey with Right at Home as the franchise owner of the Sydney Beverly Hills region because of its rich, multicultural community.  

“I am passionate about building strong, meaningful connections with people from diverse backgrounds and supporting them to live independently and with dignity,” Yang says.

“The most exciting thing for me is building those connections in my community.” 

For Yang, providing care is more than just a profession; it is something she genuinely cares about.  

“I am committed to making a positive difference in people’s daily lives by delivering compassionate, respectful, and person-centred support,” Yang says.
