Our RightStart™ new owner training program is designed to set up new owners for success. The two-week program covers all aspects of the home care and support business including human resources, recruitment, care management, marketing, operations, accounting and record keeping, compliance, and systems.

Our RightTransitions™ program assists hospitals and other providers to reduce preventable hospital readmissions and associated costs and ensures a safe patient transition from hospital to home including post hospital care in the home.

Our Dementia Cognitive Support program is designed to help franchisees better support families living with the challenges of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Our RightCare™ program ensures the Right at Home brand is delivered consistently across all channels while improving employee and client satisfaction. We will send you research guidelines for the home care industry and information on the existing operators in your area. Research is key because you must develop a thorough understanding of the industry and how Right at Home operates before deciding if we are right for you.

Strategy Presentation & Contract Review
We will send you geographic and demographic information on your territory of interest. We will also schedule an online call and present a detailed presentation on our business opportunity, giving you the chance to ask lots of questions. We then send you a detailed document of the franchise and what our contracts look like. This allows you to take legal and financial advice.

6.

Discovery Day
Once you have taken advice and have a full understanding of our opportunity, you will be invited to visit us at our Brisbane Head Office. You will meet our team, have dinner with our directors, meet our franchise owners and clarify your understanding of all aspects of our business. If that goes well, we will offer you a franchise!
