Right at Home Brisbane Bayside South owner Victoria Pewee was destined for a career in care, deciding in high school to become a nurse. 

Today, Victoria has more than 12 years of nursing experience with a clinical background in oncology, aged care, and rehabilitation nursing. Working across these diverse sectors has provided her with extensive experience, strong clinical skills, and a holistic understanding of person-centred care. 

“Each area has shaped me into the nurse and leader I am today, grounded in empathy, professionalism, excellence,” Victoria says. 

She is deeply passionate about delivering compassionate, high-quality care to those who need it most.  

“Supporting individuals who are vulnerable and ensuring they feel safe, respected, and valued is what brings me the greatest fulfilment in my work,” she explains.
